<P>治腎臟風冷氣，腰腳疼痛，頭目昏悶，耳鳴腹脹，四肢無力，宜服附子丸方。 </P>
<P> </P>附子（一兩炮裂去皮臍） 五加皮〔三（二）分〕 丹參（三分） 麋角霜（一兩） 石斛（一兩去根 （三分) 木香（三分 遍搗碎細研水飛）上件藥，搗羅為末，煉蜜和搗三二百杵，丸如梧桐子大。
<P> </P>每日空心，以溫酒下三十丸。
