<P align=left><STRONG>治肺中腐爛，浸成肺癰，時吐膿血，胸中隱隱作疼，或旁連脅下亦疼者。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>甘草（六錢）生明沒藥（四錢，不去油）丹參（四錢）知母（四錢）</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>病劇者加三七二錢（搗細送服）。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>脈虛弱者，酌加人參、天冬各數錢。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>肺癰者，肺中生癰瘡也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>然此証肺中成瘡者，十之一二，肺中腐爛者，十之八九。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>故治此等証，若葶藶、皂莢諸猛烈之藥，古人雖各有專方，實不可造次輕用，而清火解毒化腐生肌之品，在所必需也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>甘草為瘡家解毒之主藥，且其味至甘，得土氣最濃，故能生金益肺，凡肺中虛損糜爛，皆能愈之。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>是以治肺癰便方，有單用生粉草四兩煎湯，頻頻飲之者。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>而西人潤肺藥水，亦單有用甘草製成者。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>特其性微溫，且有壅滯之意，而調以知母之寒滑，則甘草雖多用無礙，且可借甘草之甘溫，以化知母之苦寒，使之滋陰退熱，而不傷胃也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>丹參性涼清熱，色赤活血，其質輕鬆，其味微辛，故能上達於肺，以宣通臟腑之毒血鬱熱而消融之。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>乳香、沒藥同為瘡家之要藥，而消腫止疼之力，沒藥尤勝，故用之以參贊丹參，而癰瘡可以內消。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>三七化瘀解毒之力最優，且化瘀血而不傷新血，其解毒之力，更能佐生肌藥以速於生肌，故於病之劇者加之。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>至脈虛者，其氣分不能運化藥力，方雖對証無功，又宜助以人參。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>而猶恐有肺熱還傷肺之虞，是以又用天冬，以解其熱也。</STRONG></P>
