<P align=left><STRONG>治羸少氣，勞熱咳嗽，肺痿失音，頻吐痰涎，一切肺金虛損之病。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>生黃（三錢）生地黃（五錢）知母（三錢）粉甘草（三錢）玄參（三錢）沙參（三錢）川貝母（二錢去心）牛蒡子（三錢炒搗）</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>一婦人，年四十，上焦發熱，咳吐失音，所吐之痰自覺腥臭，漸漸羸瘦，其脈弦而有力。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>投以清火潤肺之藥，數劑不效。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>為製此湯，於大隊清火潤肺藥中，加生黃一味以助元氣，數劑見輕，十餘劑後，病遂全愈。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>或問︰脈既有力矣，何以複用補氣之藥？答曰︰脈之有力，有真有假。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>凡脈之真有力者，當於敦濃和緩中見之，此脾胃之氣壯旺，能包括諸臟也（脾胃屬土能包括金木水火諸臟腑）。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>其餘若脈象洪而有力，多系外感之實熱。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>若滑而有力，多系中焦之熱痰。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>若弦而有力，多系肝經之偏盛，尤為有病之脈，此証之脈是也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>蓋肺屬金、肝屬木，金病不能鎮木，故脈現弦而有力之象。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>此肝木橫恣，轉欲侮金之象也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>凡肺痿、肺癰之病，多有脅下疼者，亦系肝木偏勝所致。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>一人，年三十餘，肺中素郁痰火，又為外感拘束，頻頻咳嗽，吐痰腥臭。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>恐成肺癰，求為延醫。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>其脈浮而有力，關前兼滑。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>遂先用越婢湯，解其外感，咳嗽見輕，而吐痰腥臭如故。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>次用葶藶（生者三錢紗袋裝之）大棗（七枚擘開）湯，瀉其肺中壅滯之痰，間日一服。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>又用三七、川貝、粉甘草、金銀花為散，鮮地骨皮煎湯，少少送服，日三次。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>即用葶藶大棗湯之日，亦服一次。如此調治數日，葶藶大棗湯用過三次，痰涎頓少，亦不腥臭。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left> </P>
<P align=left><STRONG>繼用清金益氣湯、貝母、牛蒡子各加一錢，連服十餘劑，以善其後。</STRONG></P>
