<P align=left><STRONG>生山藥（一兩）大熟地（五錢）萸肉（五錢，去淨核）柿霜餅（四錢，沖服）生杭芍（四錢）牛蒡子（二錢，炒搗）蘇子（二錢，炒搗）甘草（二錢，蜜炙）生龍骨（五錢，搗細）</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>前方，治陰陽兩虛作喘，此方，乃專治陰虛作喘者也。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>方書謂肝腎虛者，其人即不能納氣，此言亦近理，然須細為剖析。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>空氣中有氧氣，乃養物之生氣也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>人之肺臟下無透竅，而吸入之養氣，實能隔肺胞，息息透過，以下達腹中，充養周身。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>肝腎居於腹中，其氣化收斂，不至膨脹，自能容納下達之氣，且能導引使之歸根。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>有時腎虛氣化不攝，則上注其氣於沖，以沖下連腎也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>夫沖為血海，實亦主氣，今因為腎氣貫注，則沖氣又必上逆於胃，以沖上連胃也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>由是，沖氣兼挾胃氣上逆，並迫肺氣亦上逆矣，此喘之所由來也。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>又《內經》謂肝主疏，泄腎主閉藏。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>夫肝之疏泄，原以濟腎之閉藏，故二便之通行，相火之萌動，皆與肝氣有關，方書所以有肝行腎氣之說。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>今因腎失其閉藏之性，肝遂不能疏泄腎氣使之下行，更迫於腎氣之膨脹，轉而上逆。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>由斯，其逆氣可由肝系直透膈上，亦能迫肺氣上逆矣，此又喘之所由來也。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>方中用地黃、山藥以補腎，萸肉、龍骨補肝即以斂腎，芍藥、甘草甘苦化陰，合之柿霜之涼潤多液，均為養陰之妙品，蘇子、牛蒡又能清痰降逆，使逆氣轉而下行，即能引藥力速於下達也。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>至方名薯蕷納氣湯者，因山藥補腎兼能補肺，且饒有收斂之力，其治喘之功最弘也。</STRONG></P>
